Here is a look at the first release from my F/W DRx Romanelli “Another Summit” collection for Barneys Japan. These pieces are made from reconstructed Cowichan sweaters. Cowichan knitting is a form of knitting developed by the Cowichan people of southeastern Vancouver Island, British Colombia. Each Cowichan sweater is unique incorporating traditional designs primarily of animals and geometric shapes.
